Congrats on your 2nd birthday! I'm excited for mine coming up later this year too.

Thanks, Katie. I look forward to reading more good stuff on getFreshMinds.com too.

Congratulations James!! I look forward for your thought leadership on this topic. I guess it is time to reclassify all your blog as a book, (how about a blook..)

Best,
Prakash

Chuck Yorke

Happy Birthday !!!
I look forward to your thoughts on innovation.

Jim Belfiore

I've heard that the terrible twos are the most talkative years. ;-)

Congratulations, Jim! So what have you learned from the experience of the last two years? How has your blog impacted your innovation views and abilities? (And for that matter, how has it affected your time-management efforts?) ;-)

All the best,

- Jim

Drew Boyd

Great work, Jim. I notice how you are using Twitter more to keep up with that "mental queue." Me too. We'll have to compare notes over time on how effective this is.

Congratulations.

Prakash, Chuck, Jim, and Drew:

Thanks for the good wishes. I am excited about this year for innovation and about sharing in the conversation through blogging.

To answer your question, Jim, the experience has helped hone and focus my innovation vision. Not only in crystalizing throughts and way of communicating about innovation, but also in practice as I build new capabilities to help client enable their own sustainable innovation cultures. It has also forced me to be much more time management aware. (Blogging take much more time and effort than I imagined.)

Of course, now I am also on Twitter. You can follow me by clicking on the Follow Me link in the right hand side bar.
